Reservations: Reservations are confirmed with a valid,
pre-authorized credit card. We accept VISA, MasterCard and
American Express. Final bills may be paid prior to departure
with credit cards, travelers checks or cash. Two-night minimum
on weekends; 3 - 4 night minimum during special events.
Deposit: One nights stay or 50% of the room charges.
Cancellations: Within ten (10) days prior to arrival will
forfeit the deposit fee. Eleven (11) days or more prior to
arrival will be charged a $15.00 cancellation fee. No-shows
will be billed 50% of the scheduled reservation plus a $15.00
cancellation fee.
NON-smoking home: Smoking and open flames are prohibited in
the house. Smoking is permitted outside only.
Children: We accept young ladies and gentlemen over the
age of 14 at the standard adult rate.
Children and pets are not accepted.
